STORE POLICY

Warranty

Mae Linnaea believes strongly in providing a high quality product. We will thoroughly repair any issue outside normal wear and tear, such as stitching, hardware malfunction, etc. There is no charge to the client for up to one full year from the date of purchase, client must be the original purchaser and have the order number and/or copy of the receipt. Items needing repair outside our one-year warranty will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may be subject to a small fee based on the repair.

Clients are responsible for costs incurred to ship their bag to us for repair. Mae Linnaea will cover the cost of return shipping for warrantied items.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you feel you have received the incorrect item, or your order is damaged (our greatest apologies), please contact us immediately by emailing mae@maelinnaea.com with as much information about the issue as possible.  We will work with you to resolve the problem right away.  

 

Unfortunately if the bag has been used, we cannot accept it for a refund.  Please see our warranty (above) and return policies for more information.
